Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
